Comment: We experienced a flood in our basement last year. Not only was the flood unlucky but it was on very bad timing, as we had our baby the same day! My husband and I woke up at 6Am to go to the hospital to be induced to have our child. We heard our sump pump working and went down stairs to our entire basement flooded. We have two kids rooms downstairs and a toy room. Being in the Insurance industry at the time I knew exactly who to call. I called Alpha Omega at 6Am and Willie himself answered the phone right away. He sent his crew out to our home immediately. My husband took me to the hospital ran home to check on our house and they were already in the process of cleaning everything up. They reassured him several times that they would take care of everything and they exceeded our expectations. They removed everything from downstairs including the carpet, cleaned it all up and dried everything out. My husband and I knew we were in good hands and could be at peace during a special time in our lives. They made a bad timing event very manageable. This company has a heart, very professional and we would highly recommend! Thank you Alpha Omega and crew for all your hard work!
