As a realtor, I have been fortunate to have Alpha Omega help many of my clients in both big or small jobs! They are super quick to respond and are always incredibly professional in every situation. Whether it’s testing and treating for mold, to a complete restoration on a home, I know my buyers and sellers are always in great hands!

We had a sprinkler head busted in our gym and the Alpha Omega Team was absolutely the best in helping us get things cleaned up and put back together. It did not matter that it was later into the evening when it happened, they were right there and stayed until after midnight to make sure we are taken care of. Thanks to their excellent work, we had no lasting damage to the wood floor and were back using the space within a week! I was just thrilled with their responsiveness, attention to detail and professional service.

Luckily I have never needed to use a restoration company, but as someone who has worked closely with Alpha Omega, they have treated my clients very well, and have always been honest and very transparent. Although their whole team is very professional and punctual, Carissa and Sonya have been great to work with.

Best service in town! I had water leaking through my basement ceiling from the overflow drain in my upstairs bathtub. They showed up immediately after I called, they were super professional and helped me find the leak and even told me how I can fix it myself. I was so impressed how well the turned my problem around. I recommend anyone to call Alpha-Omega with any residential or commercial property issues!

We have had two reasons to use Alpha and Omega in the last month. One was for high humidity and mold in our crawl space. They quickly located the issue, brought equipment to vent it out and monitored it for progress. The employees were kind, knowledgeable and caring! They were prompt and went above and beyond what was expected! The second was a flood in the kitchen in our rental. We had the exact same wonderful service, with options, help and support every step of the way. Again we saw the employees go above and beyond what was expected! We are so thankful to have them in our community and trust that when we need them next, they are there for us! I can't recommend them high enough!

We had a wonderful experience with Alpha-Omega! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services. I was really stressed out about some mold found in my home and called them. They were very responsive and understanding and prompt with communication. They offered advice and education and were detailed about the steps in the remediation process. I felt valued as a customer and was very impressed with their customer service and the work they did at our house. Prior to calling Alpha-Omega, I tore the damaged carpet out in my home by myself and had it in the backyard, and they offered to dispose of the carpet for me. They really went above and beyond. Thank you guys!

When I found a puddle from a broken pipe, I called Alpha Omega. Family has used them in the past and been happy with them. Their response was immediate. This is a long and confusing process. They have answered my many questions, walking me through the process. They have been there when they said they were going to be there. They have worked well with my insurance.

Alpha Omega guided us through multiple instances of water damage (a string of bad luck). Their mitigation team was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to keep us informed. Conveniently, the company can also handle any reconstruction needs. They were professional, did good work and were simply pleasant people, which always makes minor home disasters easier.
